Our operating hours are as follows: Sunday – CLOSED, Monday to Friday - 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday - 10 AM to 2 PM. We are closed on holidays. During these hours, you can reach a customer service representative through the website or our WhatsApp line. Delivery Hours are as follows: Sunday - No Deliveries, Monday to Friday - 10:30AM - 4:30PM, Saturdays - 10:30AM - 1:30PM.

Domestic delivery is available across New Providence and Paradise Island.

For our Family Island (The Bahamas) customers, your orders are delivered to the General Post Office of your respective island.

For domestic delivery, your order is dispatched with 1 - 2 days of payment confirmation.

Orders that are scheduled to be delivered across New Providence and Paradise Island are charged a $3.00 per order fee.Orders that are scheduled to be shipped to the Family Islands are charged a $5.00 per order fee.Delivery fees are waived once order totals are greater than $75.00.

All skincare products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.All candle products may be exchanged or returned once there is no evidence of damages or tampering with the product.Any customers wishing to exchange or return a product must have a registered account with us.Customers have 7 days from delivery date to initiate an exchange or return otherwise the sale is considered final.

We are located in, and operate from, New Providence, The Bahamas. We are a local direct-to-consumer e-commerce operation; we do not have a physical storefront that accepts customers.However, through out the year, we attend various exhibitions, pop-up vendor shows, and festivals where you can meet our team and experience our products first-hand. Currently we only ship to the USA via the Express Mail Service through our local post office. Shipping times are 3 - 6 business days.
