Our operating hours are as follows: Sunday – CLOSED, Monday to Friday - 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday - 10 AM to 2 PM. We are closed on most holidays. During these hours, you can reach a customer service representative through the website or our WhatsApp line.
Delivery Hours are as follows: Sunday - No Deliveries, Monday to Friday - 10:30AM - 4:30PM, Saturdays - 10:30AM - 1:30PM.
We do not deliver directly to the Family Islands. However, we will deliver your items to the plane or boat freight forwarder of your choice. Please note that we will not be responsible for any freight forwarding fees and charges, nor will we be held liable for any damages to your items once we hand them over to the carrier.
A member from our customer support team will connect with you prior to delivery to confirm the exact carrier heading to your island.
All skincare products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
All candle products may be exchanged or returned once there is no evidence of damages or tampering with the product.
Any customers wishing to exchange or return a product must have a registered account with us.
Customers have 3 days from delivery date to initiate an exchange or return otherwise the sale is considered final.
We are located in, and operate from, New Providence, The Bahamas.
We are a local direct-to-consumer e-commerce operation; we do not have a physical storefront that accepts customers.
