SHIPPING, LOCAL DELIVERY & RETURNS
LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are delivered within 3 business days of payment confirmation. There is a delivery fee of $3.00 that is levied on all delivery orders. To qualify for free delivery, your net order total must be at least $50.00.

Once your order has been paid for, a member from our team will reach out to schedule a delivery date and time. Our delivery staff are only mandated to wait no more than 15 minutes once present at the scheduled delivery location. Should you need to change your delivery date or time, please send us a message through your online account with us, or call/text/WhatsApp 1-242-455-1513.

We are a cashless operation therefore our delivery staff do not carry cash, and are unable to facilitate cash sales on site.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping to the Family Islands are facilitated via MailBoat or Airline. Family Island customers will be contacted by a member of our team to advise once your order has been delivered to the respective MailBoat or Airline heading to your Island. Family Island customers are responsible for any and all freight fees that their MailBoat or Airline will charge.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges and returns are only accepted within 3 days of local delivery date. Skincare products are not eligible for any exchanges or returns. Additionally, all customers wishing to return or exchange any order must have a registered account with us.

Exchanges and returns are only accepted once the items have not been opened, used, tampered with, and in their original packaging.
