DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are delivered within 3 business days of payment confirmation. There is a delivery fee of $3.00 that is levied on all delivery orders. To qualify for free delivery, your net order total must be at least $50.00.

Once a delivery date and time has been schedule, we expect you to adhere to that date and time. Should for whatever reason, you need to change your date and time, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Our delivery staff carry no more than $20.00 in change, and are only mandated to wait no more than 5 minutes once present at the scheduled delivery location.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges and returns are only accepted within 5 days of delivery date. Additionally, all customers wishing to return or exchange any order must have a registered account with us.

Exchanges and returns are only accepted once the items have not been opened, used, tampered with, and in their original packaging.
